Your Opportunity
Whether you seek autonomy, the opportunity to create the perfect clinic setting for yourself and your patients, or growth in compensation commensurate with your experience and efforts, partnering with U.S. Physical Therapy may be the answer to the question of how you can achieve these goals.
Is it time to open your own clinic?
You're successful, but not satisfied. If you have it in your mind that you would like to own your own clinic but you don't know where to start - give us a call. We develop rehabilitation practices around our therapist partners' relationships in their community. We leverage their unique strengths and success to create an individual brand that symbolizes quality.
What's the key to success?
While our partners have great autonomy, and realize the financial benefits of equity, they have the support of U.S. Physical Therapy - a company with 19 years of experience operating therapy clinics.
Partnership Benefits
As a partner with U. S. Physical Therapy you have an ownership stake in the clinic. You have a guaranteed salary and you share in the profits of the facility. We offer great benefits such as health insurance, vision and dental plans, paid holidays, sick leave and vacation, 401k, disability and life insurance. Our partners have no personal financial risk and unlimited compensation upside.
Qualifications
Our best partner candidates have a few years' experience during which they are building their clinical skills and relationships. If you have less than 5 years experience - give us a call because we can help you prepare for this opportunity down the road.
Our clinics offer a wide range of out-patient services including general orthopedic, spine, sports medicine, industrial, and some specialty programs - so experience in these areas is a real plus. We partner with both physical and occupational therapists and consider athletic trainers, as well. Having experience in, and a commitment to, the market in which you plan to open a clinic is a key ingredient! Our partners generally operate in the communities in which they live.
The number one qualification for success in the partnership is having solid referral relationships. This is accomplished through outstanding clinical competence and communication. Do you have a great reputation and patients ask for you by name? Do doctors send their patients directly to you (not your center or hospital)? Do you have personal and professional relationships with several physicians who utilize therapy extensively in their practice? Can you pick up the phone or walk into a doctor's office and discuss patient progress? We are looking for therapists with advocacy in the referral community!
Finally, our partners also have the entrepreneurial drive to have their own practice and are willing to do what is necessary to make it successful.
